These terms are an agreement between you and AuraCrafts LLC ("we", "us") for the use of the Duvy iOS application. By using Duvy you agree to them.

The service

Duvy generates conversation questions for couples using AI, alongside a built-in question library. Questions are generated fresh and are provided for entertainment. They are not relationship, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice.

Age requirement

Duvy is for adults and is rated 17+. The Spicy pack additionally requires an in-app confirmation that both players are 17 or older. Do not use Duvy if you are under 17.

Subscriptions

• Duvy Pro is an auto-renewing subscription ($4.99/month or $29.99/year, prices may vary by region) billed through your Apple ID.
• The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible users. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID settings; a cancel link is provided inside the app's Settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.

AI-generated content

Generated questions may occasionally miss the mark despite our safety systems. Use the report or remove controls on any card; removed questions never return. We may use reported content, without any identifying information, to improve safety filters. You may not attempt to use Duvy to generate content that violates our safety rules or applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer the app, abuse the generation service (automated or excessive requests), or resell generated content as your own product.

Intellectual property

The app, brand, design, and built-in content are owned by AuraCrafts LLC. You may use generated questions freely in your personal life; they are yours to keep asking.

Disclaimer and liability

Duvy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraCrafts LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. Material changes will be noted in release notes.
